Mulled, Spiced (& Spiked if you like!) Apple Cider
2 quarts apple cider
1-1.5 cups bourbon or fruit juice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp ground cloves
Combine all ingredients in the crock. Stir well. Cover and cook on:
Low for 3 hours or High for 1/5 hours.
Sire well before servings.
Makes about 2.5 quarts.
