Mixed Italian Bean Casserole – Slow Cooker

I imagine you could play with the ingredients and come up with some other great combinations. Let us know if you have any suggestions for this one!

2 (16oz) cans red kidney beans, drained

2 (16oz) cans chick peas (garbanzo beans), drained

2 (16oz) cans cannellini or white kidney beans, drained

2 (16oz) cans cans great northern beans, drained

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp Italian seasonings

1 envelopes dry onion soup mix

Combine all ingredients in the crock. Stir well. Cover and cook on:

Low for 6-8 hours or High for 3-4 hours.

Makes 3 quarts.
