Savory Roast Beef Sandwiches – Slow Cooker


Yummy sandwiches! What sides are you going to pair with this one?


3 pounds boneless beef chuck roast

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ground ginger


Cut beef into thin slices and place in crock. Combine soy, brown sugar, salt and ginger and pour over beef. Cover and cook on: Low for 6 hours or High for 3 hours.

Serve on sandwich rolls. Serves 6.

To serve 12, use 5 pounds of meat, 1/3 cup soy sauce and double all other ingredients. 🙂
