This is another crock pot meatloaf recipe. This recipe could easily be doubled to serve 12 and fit in a 5-6.5 quart crock pot.
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 (1oz) envelope dry onion soup mix
2 pounds lean ground beef
To remove meat loaf when done, line crock with a wide strip of aluminum foil, coming up the sides of the crock pot. In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, and soup mix. mix well then add meat. Mix thoroughly then shape into a rectangle or oval that won’t touch sides of the crock pot. Place in crock. Cover and cook on:
Low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
