Classic Beef Roast with Mushroom-Onion Gravy Slow Cooker

Here we go! This is a really easy beef roast recipe. I’m thinking a great Sunday lunch in the making!

Ingredients:

3 pounds boneless beef chuck roast

1 (1oz) envelope dry onion soup mix

1 (10oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

Place roast in crock. Sprinkle onion soup on roast then spoon on undiluted soup. Cover and cook on:

Low for 8 hours or High for 4 hours.
