Beef Pot Roast – Crock Pot Meal

This is a simple beef post roast, and it is my favorite of those posted. What can I say, I am a simple gal! 😉

Ingredients:

3 pounds boneless beef chuck roast

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

4 medium potatoes, quartered

4 carrots, cut into 2 inch pieces

1 medium onion, quartered

1/4 cup water or beef broth

Directions:

Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Place vegetables in bottom of crock. Top with roast. Add liquid. Cover and cook on:

Low for 10 hours or High for 5 hours.

Makes 6 servings.
